What is process automation?
Process automation connects systems that don't currently talk to each other and removes the repetitive work a person does by hand: copying data from one spreadsheet to another, generating the same report every week, manually checking whether something changed status. The work then happens on its own, without anyone having to remember to do it.
What is an assistant with your own data (RAG)?
An assistant with your own data answers questions using your company's real documentation — manuals, internal policies, or your catalogue — instead of inventing a generic answer the way an AI chat with no context would. If the answer isn't in your documents, the assistant says so instead of guessing.
What are agents that carry out tasks?
An agent doesn't just answer: it acts. For example, it classifies a message that comes in by email or WhatsApp, logs it in your system, replies where it can, and escalates to a person when the case needs one. The difference from an assistant is that an agent executes concrete steps inside your operation, not just conversation.
