Privacy policy
What data the Global Technologies contact form collects, what we use it for, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights under Law 29733.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is IT & Global Technologies E.I.R.L. (trade name Global Technologies), based at Av. Ejército Mz. A - Lt. 05, Tacna, Peru. The company's RUC (tax ID) is pending confirmation from the client and will be added to this document once available. You can write to us at contacto@iglobaltec.com.
What data do we collect, and when?
We only collect the data you voluntarily enter in this site's contact form. We do not use user accounts, sign-ups, or any other form that collects personal data.
| Data | What we use it for |
|---|---|
| Name | Identifying you when we reply |
| Sending you the reply | |
| Company | Understanding the project's context |
| Phone | Contacting you if you allow it |
| Message | Knowing what you need |
What do we use that data for?
We use the contact form data only to reply to your enquiry and, if the conversation continues, to manage the project or service you asked for. We do not use your information to send you advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis is your consent: by voluntarily filling out and submitting the contact form, you authorize us to process that data for the purposes described in this document, in accordance with Law No. 29733.
How long do we keep your data?
We keep contact-form messages for as long as the business conversation lasts and, if a project goes ahead, for the length of the contractual relationship plus the applicable legal retention period. If an enquiry never turns into a project, we delete the message within a reasonable time after it closes.
Do we use cookies or tracking tools?
No. This site does not measure its traffic yet. When we add that measurement, we will use a cookieless analytics tool that does not collect personal data or identify you individually, and that only aggregates statistics such as visit counts or page views. See the full detail in our cookie policy.
Who else has access to your data?
Two external data processors handle data on our behalf: Purelymail, for sending and receiving the email your messages arrive at, and our VPS provider, where the site is hosted. Neither uses your information for its own purposes; they only provide the technical service we contracted them for.
What rights do you have over your data?
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and object (ARCO rights) to your personal data, recognized under Law No. 29733, Peru's Personal Data Protection Law. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at contacto@iglobaltec.com stating which right you want to exercise.
Can this document change?
Yes. If how we handle your data changes, we will update this document and the last-updated date below. We recommend checking it again if you use the contact form after some time has passed.
